Bay Area electronic music lovers and festival enthusiasts are gearing up for Northern California’s next big electronic music festival, Beyond Wonderland.

Last fall, Beyond Wonderland creators took a leap in creating the very first Beyond Wonderland Bay Area, finding a vibrant new home for this event after its remarkable turn out.

Beyond Wonderland will be making its way to the Shoreline Amphitheater in Mountain View Sept. 20 and 21.

This marks the third Beyond Wonderland to be held in Northern California and the second edition to be held at the Shoreline Amphitheater.

Anticipation for the release of the festival lineup builds, as it remains unannounced. On Saturday fans can expect to enjoy the talent of the three-piece English trance group, Above and Beyond, and on Sunday, an energizing set by house DJ, Kaskade.

Expectations for this year’s Beyond Wonderland crowd are higher than last year’s due to the rise in popularity of electronic music and festivals in the Bay Area. Last year’s festival drew an estimated crowd of 25,000 to the Shoreline Amphitheater.

Beyond Wonderland was created by Insomniac Events, a Los Angeles based company that produces North America’s biggest electronic dance music festival Electric

Daisy Carnival Las Vegas, or EDCLV, as well as various other innovative concerts and festival events.
