The Alameda County Fairgrounds hosted The Great Bull run last weekend, an event that has been all over the country this summer. Traditionally set in Spain, bull runs pit 1,500 pound animals up against brave participants. At the end of the run, there was a large food fight with tomatoes, creating one large mess.

Participants tried their best to avoid the thunderous path of the beasts, although one man was hurt in the stampede. He was sent to the hospital due to his injuries, although he is expected to recover.
