In last week’s paper, for the article “Medical Workers Disapprove Removal of Inpatient Services,” information in paragraph 12 was misattributed to Jesse Mangaliman, whose name was also misspelled, and should in fact be attributed to a statement by Colleen McKeown, Senior Vice President and Area Manager for Kaiser Permanente Greater Southern Alameda Area.
Information in paragraphs four and five should be attributed to information from the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA)’s newsboard.
The statement “Kaiser says they are open to discussing those opportunities to the nurses individually but not with the CNA,” should in fact be “and with the CNA.”
The Pioneer regrets these errors.
