Dear Pioneer Newspaper,
I was a vocal critic last year in regard to the shuttle service at the
beginning of the fall. As a student who relies upon the shuttle eight
times per week, the larger bus makes a tremendous difference! I no
longer have to worry about missing the shuttle because the line is too
long. There is no longer stress worrying about whether I will miss an
afternoon shuttle and have to wait an additional half an hour because
there are more afternoon times. Students are no longer racing against
one another upon departing BART with the fear that they will not make
it to class on time. In short, riding the shuttle has largely been
stress-free thanks to the larger bus. Whomever made this possible has
my utmost respect and appreciation.
