Thousands join ‘Millions March’ in Oakland
December 14, 2014
Cries of outrage at police brutality against African American men continue in the Bay Area as thousands marched in solidarity Saturday afternoon for the Millions March.
In Oakland the crowd was large in number and heart. Drums were beaten as marchers moved from all directions into one single line. People from different walks of life and ethnic backgrounds walked side by side through downtown chanting, “Black lives matter”.
