The 2011 SJ Eats, an event held in the Fallon House parking lot on April 2nd featured 10 food trucks and over 200 attendees. Vendors included MoBowl, Louisiana Territory, and MoGo.
Kara’s Cupcakes handed out samples of their delicious confections, including their very popular vanilla coconut cupcake. Treatbot, the Karaoke Ice Cream truck, offered their delicious custom ice cream sandwiches, a favorite being snickerdoodles with horchata ice cream. MoGo barbecue, one of the most popular trucks on site, served up their Korean barbecue tacos, the top seller being the Kalbi taco, which had grilled short ribs and kimchi.
