CSUEB gives Microsoft Office to students

California State University, East Bay sent an email out earlier today announcing the university’s license agreement with Microsoft allows students to receive Office 365 for free.

Students can check their horizon emails for the link and guide to set up their 365 accounts and download the Office Suite.

Qualifying students will receive:

  • Online Versions of the entire office suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Outlook, Access, and Publisher.
  • Can be installed onto 5 devices.
  • 1 terabyte of OneDrive cloud storage.

Microsoft Office 365 is compatible with Mac, PC, and mobile devices. Students can download the app on their iPads, Tablets, and smart phones. Once an account has been made, students can login to the service with their horizon email and password they created and use the online source for all the programs.
