Local graffiti artist Sel One stands in the middle of two freight trains after finishing his piece.
East Bay graffiti artists painted the walls of an aquaduct in Hayward this week, spreading their illegal form of artwork to the public’s eye. Some see this art as vandalism, while those who create the murals see it very differently.
